sadowsky pre-amp

i'm thinking here, what about the Audere pre amp. comes with a controll plate already wired up and everything. what are they like guys?

I really like the Audere pre in my jazzbass, high quality sounding and very fleksible. The Sadowsky pre is very good to, you need to try it for yourself. I once tried the Sadowsky outboard pre/DI with my Lakland DJ5, it sounded really good at home, but on gigs I most often ended up with the tone controls flat.
The Tonebone is a different beast. I did not buy it mainly because of the eq, but to use two different basses live, and the effectsloop. The eq on the Tonebone sounds very good though, don`t think its lower quality than the Sadowsky.
It`s no problem with a active bass running through the Tonebone.
The DI on the Tonebone is very good, at least as good as the Sadowsky DI
