Hey, guys. I hope everyone is well. I have two separate pedalboards, one that is more extensive, and a smaller one that has a much simpler setup. I had my SansAmp on my larger board. I am powering my board with a Gator power supply and everything was going well with it. I took it off that board and transferred it onto my smaller board and now I’m having an issue powering it. It’s working fine with phantom power. It’s working fine with a battery, but I can’t power it anymore with the power adaptor connection, either with the Gator power supply or with a One Spot supply. Any suggestions on what to look for? I tried to open it up to see if there was a problem with the plug inside. Aside from being able to take away the side panels, I couldn’t get it completely open. I’d appreciate any pointers or seeing if anyone has had this happen to their units before. Thanks a lot!
