Schecter Custom 5 OR ESP B-5e

Yo dudes, do you guys have experience with these basses? I'd just like some insight to the tone, playability of these guys. Im in the market for an active 5er, and the cheaper the better. Im in a jam band, so think Mike Gordon (Clean, snappy) in terms of desired tone. Thanks bros :bassist:

I personally would recommend the schecter stiletto custom 5-string bass. even though this bass can give you a smooth warm sound, it can give you a clean snappy sound if you equip the bass with a set of stainless steel strings like DR high-beams. the schecter omen extreme and the schecter c-5 can also give you the sound that you're looking for.
