Schecter Stiletto Studio 6

Hi,

I am looking for a decent 6 string bass, that I would use mainly for tapping.

I've tried a few models, but the one I have my eyes on is the Schecter Stiletto Studio 6.

It's impossible to find one in a store where I live (Montreal, Canada) and the only way is to order it (with a deposit) and then lose that deposit if I don't like it (or buy a 1k$ bass I won't like...)

Even though the reviews seems great and I was able to try the Custom 6, I really don't feel like losing money on this, or just go buy another model I might not like as well...

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Mainly use for tapping? U might be fell in love with active PUPs. You might consider LTD B-206SM, or LTD D series basses, they're not expensive but have beautiful woods. I also a little bit shocked with their price. The rest of the money? Get some EMG active pickups. It will make your tapping sounds came out gracefully. :hyper:
