Sorry, but that has to be one of the most ridiculous products I've ever seen.
"It will help build your endurance, your speed and your technique..."
Hopefully it will also help you escape from the straight jacket they strap you up in because if someone sees you playing this in public they'll be calling Bellevue.
If you want to be a better player, practice with a real bass, even a hundred dollar, second-hand bass you find in a yard sale, or a regular travel bass...as long as it's in playable shape.

I try to study, but I have a few time for it. =(
Bad english is a problem of a big country. If you live in Russia or other countrys with a big territory and if you sometimes travel to other countrys then english is not need to you =)

I'm interested it for play on my work, when I have break time and in airship when I travel, but I'm not sure that it good idea for a my technique and comfort play.

There is/was a Banjo practice neck like your SHREDNECK to be used with your banjo picking patterns. I tried one years ago when I traveled, because it was so large it did not fit into my breafcase and ended up being more trouble than it was worth. I ended up using my travel time at 30,000 feet to study music theory and work on my sight reading.

If you were trying to learn how to "shred" a 6 string guitar, I can see it having value, but, for 4 string bass I'd pass.
