Just curious what is the recommended oil to use after scotchbrite on the neck. Back of my necks feel very fast now, but I feel like I should protect them something - correct?

If the neck is coated with poly and simply de-glossed you're done. Same goes for nitro.

On the other hand, if all of the finish is removed, oil would be a good idea.

Ok, I am not an expert at knowing that unfortunately. I probably ran the scotchbrite over the neck 5-6 times and there is a noticeable difference in terms of look compared to wear the tuners are. That being said, I spent maybe 30 seconds doing it and was done.
