Sealed 212SVT Mini Fridge Project.

I put some fluff in the boxes. Then plugged it in, and I have to say its pretty close to the old straight back 810. Its more sensitive, but tone wise its close. The 212 might have a little bit more low end but its very loud and light. Tomorrow I'll finish the grill and get it ready for practice next week.

Ok, the grill is on, and it turned out pretty good. In hindsight i would have made a slightly bigger lip on the front to give more room for the speaker edge foam.
I am still waiting for the ampeg logo plate from fliptops. I guess they're on back order too since Yamaha bought ampeg.
Anyway here's the (almost) finished cab and amp.

The cab weighs 28.4 pounds on the bathroom scale.
The head and cab together are 38.8 pounds.

I think it would need the deltalite 2512s in it if i was going to use another head. All I have is the 1971 svt and a Aguilar db750. I think both of them are too beefy for it.

They have a volume knob, right? I've used an SVT with two SVT 210av's, and a PF-800 into one. Just have to know when to say when.

So that cab turned out very nice looking. Would actually like to see Ampeg do something similar.
