Search box broken?

Trying to find comment posts I made in threads weeks or months ago via the "Search..." box.

When I search in the desired thread and put my name in "Posted by Member", it takes me immediately to my avatar and a list random posts I've made over the years or to "recent posts". That's it.
I can't search thread by title only, or by member (in this case, me) only.



Doing an advanced search yields no better results. Usually a "No results found" message.

Going to "Help" just gives me this page below with no way I can find to contact anyone. This problem doesn't seem to fit in any of the displayed categories which is why I'm posting this thread.

This started a couple of days ago. Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty? Just curious.

Just did it myself and search seems to work normally for me searching myself. You on a phone or computer?

I'm on a MacBook Pro.

Tried restarting computer
Emptied cache, cleared history in all 3 browsers (Chrome, Safari, FF).
Ran Disk Utility.

Problem persists. Hopefully will eventually self heal in due time.
'Til then will keep niggling at it. Not world ending

Can always go to "Posting" on the personal profile page and keep scrolling, but I'm semi-active here so can be a semi-long exploit.

mmm, i too am on a macbook pro. Running chrome. Hope someone can help, i'm not so good at these things, lol
