Search Question

I have a question regarding how to use the search engine. I can't seem to look for phrases using quotes when searching, is this possible using this search engine?

For example, I tried searching "string cleaner" and got results for string, cleaner. Am I doing something wrong?

I too checked out the "Advanced Search Help" and it says that we could use double quotes to group phrases. I tried "black magic woman", and yet those that only contain the black word came out too.
