Searching for compressor for tone

If you open the back plate, you can disable the eq via a tiny toggle switch. There are some rooms I play where the bass gets real muddy so I disable the eq.

Yeah, I recently discovered that and heard it can work some magic with the pedal (even beyond the magic it already has!). I just haven't had the time to mess around with it for one, and also I do like having the option to tweak if needed for a given room or setting.

Yep, same here. Maybe in another version they will put this option on the front, so you can turn the eq on and off as desired.
