The Peavey TX410 cabs I had and any I have seen over the years have been 8 ohms . The TX210 was 4 ohms . Are you sure yours are 8 ohms ?
I will check again, but I was pretty certain they said 4 ohms on the back.. I will check!
If your 4x10 cabinets are really 4 ohms, can they be rewired by a tech to be 8 ohms? If so, you can daisy chain them together and have your 8 speakers at 4 ohms load total and 500 watts.

Can a 4 ohm 410 cabinet be rewired for 8 ohms using the exsisting speakers ? No . I think he already has 8 ohm cabinets so I think he is good . So he should be able to daisy chain them like you said .

Nope. This is frankly a horrible plan. The power gets all lopsided between each speaker, and you end up effectively having a 2x10 x2, meaning the 4x10 is probably only getting about half the power it's rated for (why people ever mention all the stuff they have and the pertinent specs when they ask these kinds of questions?). The only time the mismatched impedance thing works is when you have half the cab and twice the impedance, and the amp can handle whatever the resulting load is (usually 2.67, unless you find a 16 ohm cab to go with an 8 ohm one, then it's 5.33). And you'd want them to be as closely matched as possible (ie the same brand and series of cab).
A PF500 is a solid if unspectacular head. I don't think that's necessarily where your problem is. And at any rate, $300 isnt going to get you where you want unless you seriously luck out on an insane deal (best not to count on that). And even a 1000w head is only going to get you 3db, and then you have to have enough cab to use it (which in the real world means about 1500-2000w worth of cab).
Meanwhile, you have 3 cabs that you can't use together, and at least one of them is completely superfluous aside from being able to use and leave at a different location than the other identical one. You COULD sell the 2x10 and add the proceeds to the $300 budget and search for a 2 ohm head, but that might not yield much more power, and you'll be stuck carrying around 200 lbs of cab to every gig where you need that much firepower, plus losing the option of a smaller cab.
So what I would do, is sell both of your 4x10s (and maybe the 2x10) and use the proceeds plus the current budget towards a bigger and/or lighter cab or pair of cabs. For instance, a Genz Benz Uber 4x10 will be 4 ohms, but rated at 1000w and they only weigh about 70 pounds (20 or 30 pounds lighter than your peaveys I bet). Those sell used in the $500 or so range. You'll greatly upgrade your tone, the cab should take pretty much whatever the Ampeg can give it, and you'll be saving weight.
If you have anything left after that, you could think about either saving for a while or selling the 2x10 and/or PF500 for a higher wattage head then. $300 is tough to find stuff, but $400-600 and up and you start having options for 600-1000w heads. An Ampeg SVT 7 Pro is 1000w and they go used for about $500 and are pretty common. That and an Uber 4x10 should get you far. If you did get a 2 ohm head, you could also think about 2 Uber 4x10s. If you needed any more volume than 2 of those could do, you'd need to save up extra for some range muffs to protect your ears.
I would ditch all your current cabs and go for a 610 which can be had fairly cheap used. Ot maybe two lighter 410s.
LOL So it IS me. I don't want my own ignorance to cost me..That's awesome. So in lieu of a 8x10... So I have the TX410 (actually two.. fuggers are HEAVY).. but that definitely helps.

Look into getting two new 4x10's from Avatar, Very affordable and very light weight. I have pwned a lot of their cabinets and would buy them again.
In a different direction, you might get an additional PF500 (!). You can use both your current 4 ohm 4x10s with 500w to each. I do not have first hand knowledge of the PF500, but from the manual it seems you should be able to take the FX send out from one and feed it into the return on the other. ( If my memory serves I did similar with Hartke HA3500 and HA5000/HA7000 rigs many years ago ) Then you also have a backup amp, or can leave a full rig at two locations. Now you might not want two PF500s long term but it might be easier to sell them as complete rigs later when you want to upgrade. The nice thing about this is that a used PF500 is only $250 at GC online - so within your budget and not involving a lot of other gear swapping and therefore doable immediately. I confess this might be heretical and not a sexy TB solution but ... sometimes you opt for the field goal and not the touchdown (BIG Caveat - someone may be able to chime in and say this is not doable with the PF500s...as I said, I have no first hand knowledge of those heads)
This is what I would do. That or find a used power amp and use the pf500 as a preamp in front of it.
Yeah the budget solution you're looking for is to buy a cheap amp to power the 2nd 410 and slave it to the PF500 that powers the first 410.
I say trade in your cabs for the lightest 8x10 you can find. Speaker area is more important than watts in my experience.
Get another head and a Radial A/B/Y pedal for $150.00 .. You can run one , the other or both heads at once through the 4x10s .. (you'll hear it )

If you love the head, sell your cans, have a Greenboy Fearless F115 built for you... problem solved.
One cab, much lighter than either of your 410's.. much louder if needed and sound better. Plus you can kick it back wedge style to point sound to your ears if on a tight stage

Hey, that's my old PF-500! If your 4x10 cabs are really 4 ohms then I think I would go with selling your cab(s) and looking for a 6x10 or 8x10 for the ease of not lugging separate cabs around. Of course, as a potentially budget-friendly option, you could just get a second PF-500 as Skillet mentioned above. It's more gear to move but it would give you complete EQ and volume control over each cab and you wouldn't have to hassle with selling them off.

Love it btw... very happy. Thanks! I picked up an 8 ohm 4 x 10 last night.. got a good deal on it that worked for my sad, sad budget.. LOL And it is only roughly 60lbs.. a far cry from the 98lb TX410.. I even picked it up with ONE HAND. Weee.
That said, I am on the lookout for a 6x10 - I would really like to avoid a refrigerator (8x10).. Actually nothing was worse than my Ampeg 2x15 cab with the built in preamp.. how I loved that cab.. but HATED lugging that and the head around.. Handles/Wheels.. never a good sign.. but I was young, nary a care... ah it sucked then too.. but tone usurped my spine. God bless light gear. LOL
