Yeah, whole situation sucks. I figured since they were going back on tour, the record company was giving them some money to buy new equipment hence why he was selling some of his stuff.

Yup. I'm really struggling to see how they would let me leave. He wrote a lot of the newer material if the interviews are to be believed.

Some of his melodic counterpoint, swerve city's verses for example, are some of the finest I've heard on a modern 'rock' record
