Series/parallel + 2 x 'blower' + phase reverse?

Friend of mine is wanting to wire a pair of Gibson humbuckers with the following configuration:

1. series/parallel
2. 'blower' switch for each pickup
3. phase reverse if possible.

And all this with standard VVT wiring (no pup selector switch).

1. is simple enough, it's 2. which is giving me a headache. Is it simply a matter of wiring a DPDT switch to each pickup hot (where it says 'from pickup switch') and from there to the output jack as shown, with a shared tone pot?
