Service for EBS pedals in USA?

One of my EBS effect pedals is malfunctioning. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with theirs and had to deal with getting it serviced in the US. I already emailed EBS in Sweden. Any/all comments appreciated.

Hmmm, looks like EBS' US distributor in NJ services their products. Anyone ever deal with them?

Ok, so they're telling me $65 bench charge, plus $65 an hour for service, plus parts and shipping. Looks like I'll be buying a replacement.

Sorry, but not surprised to hear this.
I have an ebs octave pedal go on the fritz recently, guess it’s just going into the recycle bin now.

I had a Billy Sheehan Deluxe that died. That’s the orange one. Hope the Ultimate is better.

Seems pretty common for EBS. My MultiComp quit Comping. It still works as a clean boost though.
