Shared calendar options?

Anyone using a shared calendar on the web to manage band schedules and conflicts? I thought this would simplify the email and text discussions that are sometimes required to find a free date for rehearsals or check gig conflicts. Unfortunately we've struggled a little bit with access issues while trying to implement this using Google.

Anyone have any suggestions for simple and easy to use options or alternatives?

My band is about 4 months into using an app called TimeTree. Invalid Link Removed
It is free and accessible via web and iphone/android apps. We use it mostly for band members to post blackout dates when they are not available. This is a big help in booking, as we don't have to constantly check on everyone's availability for a specific date. Of course, for this to work, everyone HAS to keep their blackout dates up to date.

We used to use a Google Calendar but recently switched to a app called BAND because the Google calendar was not accurately syncing on all of our phones.. It seems to be a upcoming social media platform? But we have a private room in it with different chats and picture messaging because our group text got so overwhelming. It also has pretty good calendar import settings.
