I went with the Fender Mustang PJ for its offset slab body and P-esque tone on the P pickup only. I use it with nylon tapewound strings.

I am about to build a Fret Wire SS PJ kit for practice and then do a really nice Warmoth SS PJ kit...

Yep, this is an old thread, but I will add that I very much regret selling the my fallout that I discussed in an earlier post. I miss that MFD sound.

I hear you...I have been drooling over a Fallout...but haven't seen one in the wild yet....probably better off...although I do love my Banshee...GAS and all that!
