Short scale players.... What's your poison?

Pyramids have the best combination of "old school" tone, smooth feel, and tension. I played LaBella "Beatle" flats on my Club for years, and ended up with tendinitis in my left elbow from the tension. The sound wasn't quite right to my ear either. Pyramid makes the Hofner string. You haven't lived 'til you've heard the Pyramid/Hofner strings on the Hofner! I like them on my 'Stang as well. Currently using Chromes, and have GHS Precision flats ordered for my P and 'Stang... We'll see...

I used to have a Kubicki (32" scale). I strung it with my normal strings no problem. I have a warwick thumb short scale (30.75") arriving this week. I've never played one this short.....will I be OK? I use SR2000 strings. Another question, I am new here. Where do i find all the clubs? (ie short scale club, spector, warwick, modulus)
thanks
