Should I learn piano or drums?

+1 for piano

Getting more different perspectives on music theory (chords and scales mostly) is a great help for understanding better what you do.

I myself play bass, piano, guitar, drums (the last two not very well but enough for me) and I used to play saxophone and trombone too.
Knowing the different systems of bass/guitar, piano, sax and trombone has helped me a lot. (right now I'm learning ukulele and mandoline)

I play guitar and I'm learning bass. In jr. high/high school I taught myself to play harmonica, took a few months of piano lessons and was a percussionist in the school band (bass drum, cymbals and congas).

The one thing I regret about high school (aside from not dating more girls and not making all-state in cross country) is that I didn't continue piano lessons after I got my driver's license. Learning to read music, learning scales and chords and the manual dexterity would have definitely helped make me a better musician.

Girls dig dudes who can play the piano. At least the girls I know.
