Should i stay or shpuld i go?

The band mates are decent guys but

Lead singer can't sing well
He's always rushing the drummer

Drummer can be a little jerkish
Always plays when people are talking

Basically we haven't written a song or at least they haven't
We will maybe do two run throughs of a song were performing and goof off for two hours
And I can't trust my bass alone in a room without fear of ultimate teabagging.
