Should I wax my Warwick?

I use a soft toothbrush to get the wax out from around the pickups, bridge, neck joint, etc. It works great and doesn't scratch anything including the plastic cover on the pickup.

nobody besides me use lemon pledge?.....i might be completely in the wrong, but my corvette is 10 years old and looks fine with an occasional wiped down with lemon pledge....
