I bought a #12 G&L neck off the bay, with a broken truss rod. Their rods are sub par. Had I known before removing the fret board, I probably could have inserted a truss nut and have enough to adjust the neck, but lets do this correctly. The rod on the top (G&L)....looks like the nut broke from it's one tiny spot weld. The rod in the middle is one I purchased years ago, can't remember if I got it on the bay or LMI? The bottom rod with the longer stainless thread block is from Allied Luthier. All stainless and well built, I think this one's going to last a long time.
