Show Me Your Orange Basses

Looking at that Lakland, it hit me what a great idea that oval shaped bridge was, at least from a marketing standpoint. It's instantly recognisable between the oceans and oceans of fenderalikes. It's like a second logo. Just like ashdown's VU-meters.

I'm not one for marketing, but that was a brilliant move.

Here's my honeyburst Modulus Q6!

I love that birdseye/quilt transition on that top.

I think it is a very smart move too. With anything I design for Lakland, I try to emphasize the oval bridge.

I believe it was MarkusBass that had the orange Lakland.

That's the one. Gotta say you have a great bass there, Markus.

I don't have an orange bass, but I am partial to the color. Check this thread. Loads of pics to drool over. http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=551760&highlight=orange+basses

Enjoy,

Thanks for the link, Jack. I've been reading through and and there's a bunch of beautiful basses in there.

Someone needs to get Bassgod76 in this thread...

That Ibanez project was cool.

Awesome basses, folks. Thanks for sharin' 'em.
