This reminded me of a photo taken 8+ years ago. It's my neighbor who first rescued my Chihuahua, Peanut, but was going to take him back (he had too much energy for his wife, who suffers from fibro myalgia), so I took him. Peanut is wearing my neighbor's senior Chihuahua's goggles. My townhouse is the first one on the other side of the street. I had the largest backyard out of about 200. Sold it for cash for 50% more than I paid for it when I moved to France.
Patti turned 4 today. Wow, time flies! After a breakfast of kibble and an egg (over easy, she likes the yolk), she posed with her mystery gift. Then she tore into the box to discover her new toy. She's already working on his face, though she's being much gentler in the picture below.
