So, I've just done my first gig with the 12.0 and two B-2s. First reaction: this is a match for the ages. All the lows I could ever want, as loud as I'll ever need, plenty clear in the mids. I've never had parametric mids before this amp, so I'm still working on dialing in the perfect sound, but I'm getting close (so far, I boost a few clicks around 2k, and cut a few around 200, LF boost around 12:00, all others flat/off).
I am still trying to work out the best use of the tube v. ss channels, but I find myself using the tube channel most often. When I want to stand out, I punch in a mix, with the volume of ss channel a little lower than the tube.
One little thing I noticed practicing quietly at home is a bit of tube rattle from the preamp tube. I slid a small Herbie's Grungebuster dot between the side of the tube and circuit board that it comes up through, and presto, no more rattle.
