single pickup fretless 4 strings

I play fretless only, and I really like single pickup 4 string basses. Also, I find that I seem to prefer the sound that comes out of a pickup thats located rather closer to the bridge, somewhat like the stingray 4 string single p/u or the basses that Jonas Hellborg seems to favor.
Sort of a jazz bass bridge p/u sound, with a little added mid and bottom for more versatility.
Who makes such a beast? I am only aware of a couple of companies that build such a bass.
thanks in advance
HAPPY HOLIDAYS ALL!

Look at the G&L L1500. They make two fretless neck sizes for it, one 1.5" at the nut like the jazz (my L2000 has this neck on it) and one a little wider like the P bass. I believe you can also order it with different radiuses as well.

It has one MFD pickup located a little bit neckward of the bridge PU in the L2000. I'm told it's very close to the MM tone-wise because of the PU placement.
