Single Strings for Short Scale Basses?

Does anyone know of a brand that offers roundwound (preferably stainless) single strings for short scale?

Are you looking for a specific gauge set or just a specific single string from a set? There are not many gauge options available for short scale instruments (depending on manufacturer of course)

I'm looking to experiment with several different combinations of gauges. I know Curt Mangan offers both 40-60-80-100 and 45-65-85-105 in short-scale nickels, so I might go that route but I wanted to see if I could find some singles in stainless.

LA Bella will make any string in any length for you.

there are a few others that make short singles in stainless...

But really, just the E string you need to worry about actually being a short scale string...

If it's a 2+2 headstock you could run into problems with the G, but just try to cut on the silk.
