Small practice amp that can doom

Your statement feels like an oxymoron. Doom bass tones have a characteristic of LOTS of speakers. Not something a single speaker cab is going to give you. I would suggest the Fender Rumble 100 with a single 12" speaker. It has built-in distortion/overdrive, decent volume, headphone output, music input.
