Not sure of US shipping regulations to Australia
I bought 2 1x12 used cabs and a couple of used heads and had them shipped to Japan by USPS and it was much cheaper than buying it here

Hunt out some used cabs
I paid around $125 for shipping for each one of mine

Heads are cheaper for shipping but Australia uses 200v+ you have to check that the Volts are adaptable. Some heads have international voltage switching.
