Small string buzz…

Question for Ric players: I am used to Fenders, my Ric has a slight buzz on the E & A
Strings. The stock bridge is like a rubric cube, any advice on a method of adjustment?
BTW, I bought a Hipshot bridge when I got the bass in February, replace the bridge?

IIRC, the Ric has a fixed radius bridge with grub screws on both sides which raise / lower the bridge. The intonation screws are on the backside of the sub-assembly...they move the saddles to 'n fro. That's pretty much it. Access to the intonation screws can be daunting depending on the position / orientation of the assembly.

If you have the upgraded bridge, use it. The stock bridge should be functional but certainly far from ideal.
