I'm playing bass in a wedding band. I have a Hartke head and a cheaper GK 4x10 cab. 90 percent of gigs are with a soundman and with huge subs. Lately I've been going into a preamp and straight into pay while using iems. However, lately I'm missing having a cab onstage but I don't really like carrying the 4x10. What's a good sounding smaller rig for a guy on a budget? I probably could go with a smaller cab and just run it with the Hartke head.
