Double Bass Snow White ?

I just discovered this nice video of the Rob McConnell Trio with Ed Bickert and Neil Swainson.



I'd like to have a basic leadsheet of this tune "Snow White" by Jules Bass & Maury Laws, but I couldn't find it.

Of course, there would be no problem to transcribe from this video, but I was wondering about the original melody and chord changes. Another question is the movie this song comes from, it's not the Disney version.

Never heard of it - couldn't it just be an original tune composed by one of the players?
