I have a simple question. Can I fit J pickups (nordstrand NJ4's to be presise) under EMG soapbar covers. I like the look and feel (I rest my thumb on the pickup) of Soapbars but like the J sound. I'm asking this because I'm thinking of building a warmoth and I know I want to put the Nordstrands in it but I want to know if I'm stuck with J covers or Soapbars are an option.

I doubt that you will find plastic covers that will properly hold the J pickups. However, you could pay someone to create carved wood covers.

BTW, I highly recommend THG Knobs. Roger carved some knobs for me and they are absolutely beautiful.
