software that measures BPMs of an MP3?

I have an mp3 I'd like to sequence some extra stuff to, but I don't know the tempo off hand. Is there a beat analysis program that will measure the BPMs for me?

I found Beat Monitor 2.0.0. it seems to work pretty well.

Couldn't you just use any metronome with tap tempo?

or you can set a timer for one minute and stat counting up. always a fun way
