Software to use Real Book on a Tablet

We just hired a second guitarist who jams a lot outside of my band using Real Book.

He absolutely hates computers but said he would use a tablet for these jams, if he could find software that would run real books and would be exceedingly simple to use. I told him I'd look into it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think there is something called Fakebook Pro. Or use whichever app shop your tablet uses to find something similar.

Not specific to real books (if you can scan it or take a picture of it to make a PDF, it will work, and you can take the picture within the app, though a good scanner does it better) but ForScore (iOS only) works very, very well. The only app I've ever paid for (outside of the apps that were "free" with the iPad "$$$" to run ForScore on.)

I often rework stuff in MuseScore to clean up pencilled parts and put on nice fat chord symbols that are easy to read, and spit the PDF right out of that, which beats any scan.

iReal Pro is easy to use, available for iOS and Android. It includes drums, bass, guitar, piano parts, and highlights the measure that it's on. Kind of a no brainer.
