Can anyone recommend me any good soundproofing products for windows? I'm looking for something that can diminish sound going out as well as coming in. Thanks in advance.

Soundproofing windows...

As much as I hate the idea of the door-to-door salesmen related to such, Double glazing? - Expensive I know.
Apart from that, I've heard that thick/heavy curtains are great for proofing doors and windows.

I used to do studio control room windows with three thick panes of glass, the center one not parallel to the outer ones, so that pressure differential was not linearly coupled. But for house windows a couple layers will probably have to do. For band rehersal in the basement I built window insert boxes out of double-layered MDF onto 2-by frame with double-layer MDF on the other side, interior stuffed heavily with fiberglass.
For higher frequencies they can help a little but they don't do a thing about lower frequencies.

In a pinch I've crammed pillows into the window sills... they don't do much but they're better than nothing.
If you're talking about soundproofing exterior windows, you'll need to add mass, stop air leaks, and minimize sympathetic vibrations.
Fill the voids around the frame, and then build inserts that cover and plug the window. Ideally, the insert will layer different materials (the boundaries between different materials take a toll on transmitted acoustic energy & vibration).
