Soundtech Lightsnake w/sound clip!

Today my lightsnake guitar-to-comp cable came,and i love it! It's definitely the best way to get quality sound at a cheap price. With the $40 the cable cost, plus Kristal (a free-ware recording program) i can get decent sound. I've been messing with it all evening and found that out of audacity and kristal, kristal works the best with the lightsnake. There is a slight hum if you turn your vlume up really loud, but for the price i can live with that. Just thought i'd inform the populous.

I'm not sure what a good place for a clip would be, but I'd love to hear one. I've got worries about the frequently mentioned hum.

Hmm. I'm hearing a high pitched whine in the background. It's hard to say what causes it though. I may have to play with one myself to really get a feel for it.

Yeah, after using Audacity's noiser removal effect it almost not noticeable at all, listen to this (it's a little bass-line i've been messing around with.
