Speaker identification help

I'm pretty sure it's an older EV 18" but there's no markings with the exception of the numbers on the speaker cone.

Was given to me and was loaded into this (18) cabinet. Also got these sweet 15s both working and a brand new 18 1801 BW which replaced the blown one in the Peavey 1820 pictured. Haven figured out what the 2x15 cab is yet (I don't think it's a Peavey), the 2x15 speakers were horribly mismatched, my guess is the 2x15 came with 2 JBLs and he blew one, replaced it with the black widow and 4 ohm instead of 8 like the JBL. Had to clean the foam filtering out of the 15" BW and I can see it's deteriorating in the JBL, is there any fix for that? Short of the Recone or will it be okay? I can possibly get the screen off the back of the JBL and get the foam out. The grill that came on the 2x15 is pictured also if anyone can identify it.

Getting the foam out of the JBL is a challenge, normally this is done during the recone process.
