Speakers for Hartke HA2500

Hi,
I found a HA2500 "combo" amp in the trash last night. I'm told the amp is fine but it has no speakers. I am curious as to what 10" speakers others might recommend to go in this amp. I do not currently own any bass gear - all my stuff is guitar - but I want to start playing bass more and want to put together a small rig. Nothing like a free amp to get started and I plan to possibly trade a guitar for a bass or buy one, but I want to get this amp going first.

Any suggestions?

So you're tired of being on the dark side and want to come into the light??

First to have to forget all you know about amplification. It applies to guitar amps and bass amps are completely different animals. The speakers you choose have to be able to work in your existing box. I suggest you contact Hartke for the proper replacements for that amp. Just installing any old ten inch drivers would be a crapshoot at best.
