Speakon Cable

No sound difference. Speakons are just a stronger, more stable connection. Plus, no POP when plugging/unplugging a Speakon cable when juice is running through it. Also, if you're running more than 500 watts through one cable, a Speakon plug will handle the current load better than a 1/4" plug will.


You know... Neutrik now makes a jack that's a Speakon and 1/4" combo... very convenient for upgrades...
