Spector euro 5 pickup replace

I have an euro 5.
It's EMG DCs with EMG BQC circuit.
I want heavy metal sound and soft bright slap tone.
Do I really need to replace the pickup?

1.EMG 40P5(neck)+40DC(bridge)
2.40DCs
3.40TWs
which do you recommend?
other choice?

IMO, EMG DCs and the BQC setup is pretty spot on for metal (it's what I have used) and the slap tone is nice too. Why are you thinking of replacing them? Do you not like the DCs?

Because I see some people using P5+DC, and Spector use TWs now.
But I never use them, so I'm not sure that's a improvement.

Sure. Its about what you like and want as 'improvement' is subjective; I've compared many EMG 40 pickups and I've settled on 40DCs for myself so my answer is keep them. If you find you don't like it, try the 40P5 in the neck and you'll probably like that. I can say however, if you think you might want 40TWs, I would recommend the 40TWXs; equal volume between dual and single coil modes.
