Is that cutaway factory? I've never seen anything like that. I sold a euro 6 lx ex zebra wood here on TB and it took quite a while. You have to find the right buyer. This has some great upgrades IMO. The nordy pups and pope pre are nicer than the tone pump/emg stock combo. Good luck, your price is really fair.

Hi,

Thank you for the kind words.

This cutaway is not factory; I had it done professionnally a few years ago and it really opened up the access to the upper frets, which were pretty much impossible to reach before. I realize that it might not appeal to everyone, but it made a lot of sense to me! It also shaved a bit of weight, which is always a plus.

The bass sounds great with the electronic upgrades; it still has the Spector growl, which is coming from the woods and the way that Spector designs his instruments, but it has a LOT more tones available, all easily accessible by the comprehensive Mike Pope Flexcore.

I will keep it if it doesn't sell for that price as it is a fantastic instrument. I am simply not playing 6-string basses anymore and could use the funds for something else.

The craftsmanship on these is top notch and the maple neck blanks are glued here in the US with the same maple and by the same people that make the USA spectors. I think you've made great choices with the electronics, best of luck with it

Hi,

Please send me a private message with your shipping information and I'll give you a quote.

Also, please keep in mind that since the bass has a rosewood fingerboard, I will have to get a CITES certificate for an extra ~75$.

Thank you,

Sacha
