spector legend classic / yamaha trb1004

it's been two month since i started wondering what to buy?
I've played bass for 4 years by myself, and i own 4er sx jazz bass and rogue lx406 6string one.
Im not trying to buy $1000 range bass, In my budget, I found
spector legend classic / yamaha trb1004 are interesting.
I've heard many spector legend's sound sample, the powerful tone really attracts me. and when I hear trb1004's sound, that various tone made me high.
I am more into slapping bass, but not like marcus miller. i like powerful punk slap.(especially in j-rock xD)

I am more into spector legend classic with emberburst color(i luv it!:D)

but b4 i choose it, i want to hear some more opinion on those two basses from u guys.

Spector.

I've played a Yamaha TRB 1005 a few years ago at a local music store and I didn't like it at all. When it comes to slapping, the sound of the ''popping'' doesn't come out very well IMHO. The Spector how ever, with it's EMG pickups, can produce massive sounds with slapping, popping and other stuff.. Check this video of a demo from a 6 string Spector Legend :
