What's the deal with Kip Winger's Spectorbacker?

Sure looks like it has Stuart Spector's signature on the back of the headstock along with what looks like Kip Winger's name under the tuners.

I wonder if Stuart Spector and/or Kip Winger is going to get sued?

From what I remember it's a one off for Kip made by Spector in Europe, I believe, and that's how they danced around the legalities.
