Sqier VM Jazz-Modding this little baby

I'm planning to upgrade my Squier VM Jazz, and I'm planning to install a Badass bassII bridge, Fender noiseless pickups, and the 3 band pre-amp of a Fender american deluxe jazz.
Any pros and cons about the pickups and the pre-amp anybody?

Yeah. The body is most likely going to need to be routed for the battery box.
