I just got a new (to me) Jaguar. Everything seems to be fine with it, except the ground hum (which is getting fixed soon thanks to other posts on the forum).
All is not perfect though: there is one small issue. Occasionally, when I switch the preamp OFF to passive mode, it emits a horrid squealing sound that doesn't stop until I switch the preamp back on and off again. Any ideas what may be causing this? Hopefully, it's an easy fix and not requiring a replacement preamp or something. Thanks!
