Squier classic vibe pick up help...

Im looking to replace the pickups in my 60s sonic blue CV with the one's that come in the Matt Freeman CV or 70s cv.

Question is, are the MF pickups the same as the ones that are in the "70s" CV? (the black one one w/maple neck and block inlays) Can anyone confirm this?

I found a couple pair of the 70s cv pick ups for sale but have never played one. I own I Freeman and love how the pups sound..

thx for any help

Get the cv 70’s pup.

Or, get a Tonerider TRP1 . I have one in my current CV60P. Someone claim the CV60P stock pup are OEM tonerider. But she sound better than CV60p stock pup.

I may have heard the MFs were a different design. Are the poles raised at the treble side? Or flat? I replaced mine with DiMarzio Mod Ps and packed away the originals.
