This is a bit of a mutt. I originally bought both the CV P and the CV J bass. Took the neck off the J and put it on the P,(bolted on perfectly) added Dimarzio pickups, new pots and pickguard. Weighs 8 lbs. on the dot. The neck has some flames and is one of the best feeling necks on any bass I've ever felt. Very thin, very close to a Geddy Lee, and very sturdy. I do have the original pickups, and can put those back in if requested. Has one tiny ding about the size of a pinhead on the upper edge of the body. See pics. This would be a great gigging bass. Sounds great, it's lightweight and looks good too. 
Comes with a very nice Roadrunner gigbag, Dunlop straplocks, a pretty new set of DR Highbeams and the ashtray bridge cover. I also have the original pickups which I can include for an additional $20 if desired.
Am only selling because I'm getting ready to move and have to downsize. Only keeping one bass and one guitar.
