Squier Troy Sanders jaguar

Chris Aiken and Clyro is one thing. Troy is an excellent bassist though(one of the better ones in modern music, for sure) and Mastodon is actually pretty huge. In fact, love them or hate them, if you're into metal/heavey rock and don't have any inclination as to who they are, you've been living under a stone. :hiding:

Looking at both the Fender and the Squier models, with no bias toward or against either (I own/have owned both and have loved or loathed them on their own merits). I have no problem paying for quality as long as I am GETTING quality, so I ask, understanding full well the wrath I'm about to unleash: which would you recommend and why/why not?

Let the frenzy commence!
