Squier Vintage Modified P-Bass 5 String-Pickups

I have just purchased Squier Vintage Modified P-Bass 5 String and I am comtemplating changing the pickups to convert it to a JP Bass:

BBG 834 Nordstrand - Pickup - NP5F for Fender (Neck)

BBG 826 Nordstrand - Pickup - NJ5FS Bridge (Jazz)

Will this enhance the tones on the guitar ?

How do those pickups sound in the bass? Been thinking of replacing the stock pickups in my VM5 with Nordstrands.
