I believe that the MM-types are deep and moody even at the bridge and they might be in direct competition with another dark-moody P-type up higher in the treble/secondary position.
So...these new ones look cool, but are 100 bucks cheaper than the model originally discussed in this thread. What are the differences?
That humbucker one looks cool, but I don't like the position of the pickup at all. Too close to the bridge for me. I tend to play with my thumb resting on top of the pickup.
Anyone know the answer to this?
